"Every day that I rise I give thanks and praise..."
Mikey Dread, 'Prophecy'

Thank YOU for taking the time to visit this website - I hope you have found it interesting and worthwhile.

To give thanks and appreciation where they are due:

Firstly, I must thank Esben (aka Raggamuffin) who agreed to let me take over maintenance of the 'Bible Section' of the
Reggae Lyrics Archive, and =Selah=, who founded the original Archive, as well as my brother David, who originally designed this homepage for me. :-)

Also I want to express my deep gratitude to all those of you who have written to me with comments, suggestions and corrections - THANK YOU all so much! It is always very helpful and encouraging to receive
feedback from visitors to the site, especially when it is as glowingly positive as it often is! I really appreciate people taking the time to write just a few lines to let me know how I'm doing.

Above all, I give thanks to the Most High for the countless blessings which He bestows on me every day, for it is truly a blessing to be alive and well! I give thanks for renewed strength every morning, for healing after pain, for guidance, wisdom and protection. I give thanks for sunshine, blue sky and reggae music!

"Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others
cannot keep it from themselves"
- James Matthew Barrie

Thanks be to God for the simple yet precious things we daily take for granted - if you have access to clean water and abundant food, you have more than many! If you have loving family and friends who are supportive in time of need, are you not very fortunate?! Surely, thanksgiving is an essential part of positive thinking, and therefore contributes much to the art of living. There is so much to be thankful for!

Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, ... and sing praises unto thy name.
(Psalm 18:49)

Give thanks!
